Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRTM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,877 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRTM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, PES1, and MAPK1. Each is linked with LRRTM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRTM2-to-partner and partner-to-LRRTM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRTM2 versus SNRPD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRTM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRTM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
