LRRTM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRTM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,754 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRTM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-296P, RNA5SP436, and TRBV22OR9-2. Each is linked with LRRTM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRTM2-to-partner and partner-to-LRRTM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-296P grouped by LRRTM2-low versus LRRTM2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRTM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRTM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
