LRRTM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRTM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRTM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLITRK3, KLHL40, and MYMK. Each is linked with LRRTM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRTM2-to-partner and partner-to-LRRTM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLITRK3 grouped by LRRTM2-low versus LRRTM2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRTM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRTM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
