Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRN4CL Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRRN4CL data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher LRRN4CL Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRN4CL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where LRRN4CL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
