Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRN4CL mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRRN4CL data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LRRN4CL mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRN4CL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LSCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where LRRN4CL mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
