Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRN4CL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,270 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRN4CL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, KANK2_S375, and PRELP. Each is linked with LRRN4CL in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRN4CL-to-partner and partner-to-LRRN4CL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRN4CL versus KANK2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
