LRRN4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,928 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRN4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BCAS1, YTHDC2_S1281, and DOCK11. Each is linked with LRRN4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRN4-to-partner and partner-to-LRRN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRN4 versus BCAS1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
