Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRN4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,108 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLPPR2, LGALS3BP, and KCNIP3. Each is linked with LRRN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRN4-to-partner and partner-to-LRRN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRN4 versus PLPPR2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
