Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,148 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL623P, PLK1, and FAF1. Each is linked with LRRN4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRN4-to-partner and partner-to-LRRN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL623P grouped by LRRN4-low versus LRRN4-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
