Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRN4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, FoxM1, and p27_pT198. Each is linked with LRRN4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRN4-to-partner and partner-to-LRRN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by LRRN4-low versus LRRN4-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
