LRRN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 147 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCYGR8, GPR143, and CEACAM3. Each is linked with LRRN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRN3-to-partner and partner-to-LRRN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCYGR8 grouped by LRRN3-low versus LRRN3-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
