Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRK2-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRRK2-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LRRK2-DT RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRK2-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and KIRP show a favorable association.

KIRC, KIRP, and SKCM are the cancer types where LRRK2-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
