Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRIQ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,636 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRIQ1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTC25_S616, WDR19, and IFT74. Each is linked with LRRIQ1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRIQ1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRIQ1 results are reported.
