Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRIQ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,643 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRIQ1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to cilium, Protein-RNA complex assembly, and Protein-RNA complex organization. Each is linked with LRRIQ1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRIQ1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRIQ1 results are reported.
