LRRIQ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRIQ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 401 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRIQ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CARD6, SPATA22, and KIAA1217. Each is linked with LRRIQ1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRIQ1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRIQ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CARD6 grouped by LRRIQ1-low versus LRRIQ1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRIQ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRIQ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
