LRRFIP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRFIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,606 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRFIP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OXSR1, PDIA4, and PREB. Each is linked with LRRFIP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRFIP2-to-partner and partner-to-LRRFIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRFIP2 versus OXSR1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRFIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRFIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
