LRRCC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRCC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,364 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLLT10P2, TRAIP, and SNRPD1. Each is linked with LRRCC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRCC1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MLLT10P2 grouped by LRRCC1-low versus LRRCC1-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
