LRRC8E

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC8E RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,091 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC8E-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRR36, CAMSAP3, and NACC1. Each is linked with LRRC8E in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC8E-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC8E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC8E versus PRR36 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC8E→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC8E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
