LRRC8E

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC8E mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 893 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC8E-associated genes across cancer lineages are CWC25, MIR7702, and ODF1. Each is linked with LRRC8E in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC8E-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC8E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CWC25 grouped by LRRC8E-low versus LRRC8E-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC8E→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC8E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
