LRRC8D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC8D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,494 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC8D-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL18, RBPJP5, and RNA5SP393. Each is linked with LRRC8D in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC8D-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC8D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL18 grouped by LRRC8D-low versus LRRC8D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC8D→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC8D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
