LRRC8C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC8C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,203 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC8C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSN, QKI, and TLN1. Each is linked with LRRC8C in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC8C-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC8C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC8C versus MSN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC8C→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC8C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
