LRRC8C

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC8C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,326 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC8C-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRB2, FCGR2A, and CSF3R. Each is linked with LRRC8C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC8C-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC8C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC8C versus LILRB2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC8C→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC8C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
