LRRC8C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC8C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC8C-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10W1, REG1B, and BANF2. Each is linked with LRRC8C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC8C-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC8C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10W1 grouped by LRRC8C-low versus LRRC8C-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC8C→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC8C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
