Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC8A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,111 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPVD1, ZBTB43, and BRD3. Each is linked with LRRC8A in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC8A-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC8A versus GAPVD1 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.
