LRRC8A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC8A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,131 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC8A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NIBAN2, RABL6, and S100A2. Each is linked with LRRC8A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC8A-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC8A versus NIBAN2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
