LRRC8A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC8A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,182 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SURF4, PPP6C, and DUSP26. Each is linked with LRRC8A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC8A-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC8A versus SURF4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.14.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
