LRRC8A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC8A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, JNK2, and MSH2. Each is linked with LRRC8A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC8A-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by LRRC8A-low versus LRRC8A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
