Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC8A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,024 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC8A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vascular endothelial cell response to oscillatory fluid shear stress, Regulation of protein import into nucleus, and Regulation of protein localization to nucleus. Each is linked with LRRC8A in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC8A-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC8A results are reported.
