Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC75B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,486 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC75B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sulfur amino acid metabolic process, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Centromeric sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with LRRC75B in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC75B-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC75B results are reported.
