Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC75B RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRRC75B data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher LRRC75B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC75B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and THYM show a favorable association.
ACC, LGG, and THYM are the cancer types where LRRC75B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
