Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC74B RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRRC74B data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LRRC74B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC74B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and HNSC show a favorable association.

KIRC, UCEC, and KICH are the cancer types where LRRC74B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
