Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC74B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRRC74B data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher LRRC74B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC74B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BRCA, CHOL, and ESCA are the cancer types where LRRC74B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
