Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC74A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRRC74A data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher LRRC74A Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC74A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
SARC, SCLC, and UCEC are the cancer types where LRRC74A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
