Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC74A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,698 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC74A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNPNAT1, SLC52A3, and NME1-NME2. Each is linked with LRRC74A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC74A-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC74A results are reported.
