Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC73 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRRC73 data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher LRRC73 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC73 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, DLBC, and MESO are the cancer types where LRRC73 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
