Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC71 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC71-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1173, ERK2, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with LRRC71 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC71-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC71 results are reported.
