Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC71 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC71-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSHB, NPFFR1, and CALHM4. Each is linked with LRRC71 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC71-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC71 results are reported.
