LRRC7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,138 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB8, NIBAN2, and MGAT1. Each is linked with LRRC7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC7-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC7 versus PSMB8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
