Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRRC7 data layer compared with 12 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher LRRC7 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and PAAD show a favorable association.

KICH, BLCA, and PAAD are the cancer types where LRRC7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
