LRRC7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,659 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLE2, OTX1, and DTL. Each is linked with LRRC7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC7-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLE2 grouped by LRRC7-low versus LRRC7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
