LRRC69

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC69 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,179 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC69-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCC1, PTBP1, and STAU2. Each is linked with LRRC69 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC69-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC69 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC69→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC69) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
