Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC66 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,285 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC66-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGCB, C2orf66, and RNASE4. Each is linked with LRRC66 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC66-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC66 results are reported.
