Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC63 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,521 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC63-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTNNA1, ELMO2, and KCNAB2_S9. Each is linked with LRRC63 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC63-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC63 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC63 versus CTNNA1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC63→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC63) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
