LRRC63

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC63 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 365 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC63-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP7, RN7SKP232, and RBISP1. Each is linked with LRRC63 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC63-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC63 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP7 grouped by LRRC63-low versus LRRC63-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC63→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC63) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
