LRRC63

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC63 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC63-associated genes across cancer lineages are C10orf53, PRSS58, and TBC1D21. Each is linked with LRRC63 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC63-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC63 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C10orf53 grouped by LRRC63-low versus LRRC63-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC63→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC63) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
