LRRC61

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC61 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,445 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC61-associated proteins across cancer lineages are REPIN1, PTPN12_S606, and CUL1. Each is linked with LRRC61 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC61-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC61 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC61 versus REPIN1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC61→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC61) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
