LRRC61

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC61 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 989 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC61-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ61, WIPF1, and HMGB2. Each is linked with LRRC61 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC61-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC61 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC61 versus TRAJ61 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC61→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC61) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
