LRRC61

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC61 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 315 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC61-associated genes across cancer lineages are LARP1BP3, ZBTB8OS, and RNA5SP146. Each is linked with LRRC61 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC61-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC61 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LARP1BP3 grouped by LRRC61-low versus LRRC61-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC61→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC61) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
