Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC59 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRRC59 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher LRRC59 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC59 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and LUAD show a favorable association.

CCRCC, COAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where LRRC59 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
