LRRC59

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC59 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 105 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC59-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP401, RN7SKP192, and LINC02092. Each is linked with LRRC59 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC59-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC59 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP401 grouped by LRRC59-low versus LRRC59-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC59→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC59) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
